Member Self-Service Option

Have your Members created an online account with Community?

You can assist! Creating an online account gives your Members quick access to a variety of Member self-service options. 

Community’s Member Portal allows our Members to manage their own account quickly and easily.

  • View your copay
  • Read your Evidence of Coverage and Summary of Benefits
  • Print a temporary ID card
  • Set up automatic payments: Automatic payments are secure, easy, and convenient. Once the Member sets up the automatic payment, we will debit the Member’s monthly premium. They can choose to pay on either the 15th or the 25th of the month.
